WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Goldbar ships to all countries worldwide! There will not be any additional import duties or taxes - it is already included in the total cost of your order.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free worldwide shipping! 

 

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The normal processing time for orders is 3 - 5 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time is 7-15 business days. There is also a DHL express shipping option upgrade available at checkout - rates are determined based on location.

Please note, Goldbar is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. Shipping times may be extended due to COVID-19.

 

RETURN POLICY:

• All sales are strictly final and items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of personalized products.
• If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue at: info@goldbarofficial.com 
• In some cases, we may accept returns on non-personalized items if a customer changes their mind. Please note that this is subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
