WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Goldbar ships to all countries worldwide! There will not be any additional import duties or taxes - it is already included in the total cost of your order.

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The normal processing time for orders is 3 - 5 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time is 7-15 business days. There is also a DHL express shipping option upgrade available at checkout - rates are determined based on location.

Rest assured, orders shipping within Canada will not be affected by the Postal Strike. We have partnered with an alternative courier to ensure seamless delivery.

• All sales are strictly final and items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of personalized products.
